Northstar AV Shipping Policy

In Coming:

  • A copy of your receipt or our Recycling Form, depending upon service requested, must accompany all lamps shipped to Northstar AV. Northstar AV is not responsible for any lamps received without the proper paperwork (i.e. order form or company PO) for more than 14 calendar days. Lamps left for more than 14 days will be recycled.
  • If sending multiple lamps, each must be labeled with the make and model of the respective projector.

Out Going:

  • Northstar AV ships all serviced lamps to the customer via standard UPS Ground (in the continental United States). UPS Ground shipping is free on all orders totaling over $100. All other shipments are subject to a flat rate ground shipping charge of $6. Please note: UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. International customers and customers in AK and HI must call or e-mail for a shipping quote.
  • As a courtesy, Northstar AV will ship using a different carrier or service type (ex. 2-day or overnight shipping) at the customer's request. However, these requests will incur additional shipping charges. To take advantage of these services, select the appropriate delivery option during checkout.
  • Shipping fees are not subject to refund.

    Note: Northstar AV requires all customers to pay shipping insurance on all orders larger than $600. All insurance waivers must be provided to Northstar AV in writing BEFORE the order ships. If the customer chooses to waive insurance fees, the standard coverage is $100 per shipment.

Incorrect Shipments

INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY! Please verify that the product you received is the product you ordered. Northstar AV will make every effort to keep the information on our website up to date and as accurate as possible. Occasionally typographical and/or database errors may occur. If we should ship you the wrong lamp due to an error on our website, we will arrange a full refund or exchange for the correct lamp (plus any difference in cost) with no charge to you. In addition, we will incur the costs for the lamp to be sent back to us and your new lamp sent out.

Other

Any tax, duty or brokerage fees due for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient to pay.

Northstar AV is not responsible for delays in shipment due to bad weather or other uncontrollable natural events. Shipping credits will not be provided in these events.

Same day shipping cut off is 3PM Eastern. Although we do our very best to get all orders received out the same day, we cannot guarantee orders will ship if received after 3PM. If this happens, the order will be shipped the next business day.

Northstar AV is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. *Price after manufacturer mail-in rebate. Restrictions apply. Northstar AV charges sales tax in the state of New York. If you are tax exempt please contact us prior to completion of your sale.
